On the Fan Page, Facebook users can show their support for the project by becoming a fan of it, joining the Cause campaign, or donating to the project through PayPal.

The page is also designed to be interactive. For example, a poll has been created that allows users to cast a vote for their favorite of the 27 nominees for induction into the Hall of Fame. The poll is just for fun. A panel consisting of five of Chicago's greatest writers and scholars will be selecting the six writers to be inducted for the inaugural class in the fall of 2010.
